Nutrix Più is a registered business located at 2800 Neilson Way Apt. 710, Santa Monica, CA, 90405. Nutrix Piu' USA LLC is the owner of the website www.nutrixpiu.us.

The contract stipulated between Nutrix Più and the Customer must be considered concluded with acceptance. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

The Customer can purchase the products through the website www.nutrixpiu.us. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, accessory products shown in the figure, authentic the description or technical data sheet of each single product.

Right of withdrawal

The customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), he right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 30 days from purchase.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Nutrix Più a communication through the website or by email to eziocristalli@nutrixpiu.com.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and absolutely sealed.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased order. The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging; the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer ; furthermore, the costs of delivery to the customer and any other accessory costs highlighted at the time of placing the order will not be reimbursed; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Nutrix Più will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, it will be by canceling the request for withdrawal;
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Nutrix Più will refund the customer the full amount already paid (excluding shipping costs), within 30 days from the return of the goods, through the same payment method which has been used to purchase the goods.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Nutrix Più ascertains: the use of the goods; the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging; damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

Guarantees

All products sold by Nutrix Più are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. The warranty is void in case of single omission of the product.

The guarantee applies to products that present a lack of conformity at the time of receipt of the package.

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by our courier.

Payments

All payments method are indicated in the website.
Payment via PayPal: The method of payment via PayPal requires the use of a PayPal account. More information on this payment method is available on the PayPal website.

Privacy

The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will in no case or for any reason be transferred to third parties. Nutrix Più guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data.
